Terms of Service
The rules for using sprytstack.com and the SprytStack platform: accounts, plans and billing, payments, your content and our responsibilities.
Last updated October 4, 2026
Who these terms are for
These terms apply to everyone who uses sprytstack.com, and to businesses that use the SprytStack platform (their website, dashboard and the features in their plan). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you use SprytStack for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it. A signed agreement for custom work takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Accounts
- Use a real email address you control; we confirm it before an account can be used.
- Keep your password and sign-in links private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and the team members you invite.
- Tell us straight away at support@sprytstack.com if you think someone else has access.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) and add-ons are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe, plus any taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Plan & billing) or by emailing us; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing.
- If a payment fails we'll let you know; features may be paused if it isn't resolved.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Taking payments with Stripe
Businesses that take card payments or deposits through SprytStack do so with their own Stripe account. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement (together, the Stripe Services Agreement). By connecting a Stripe account you agree to it as it may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of enabling payments, you agree to give us accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorise us to share it, and transaction information related to your use of Stripe, with Stripe.
The business is the seller. It's responsible for its prices, refunds, disputes, taxes and the goods or services it provides; customers' payments go to the business, not to SprytStack.
Your content and your customers' data
- You keep ownership of the content you add (text, menus, photos, logos) and give us permission to host and display it to run your platform.
- Requests, orders and customer details your site collects belong to your business. We process them on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You're responsible for having the right to use your content and for using customer data lawfully, including for marketing messages.
- When you leave, you can ask us for a copy of your data. We delete it within a reasonable time afterwards unless we must keep it by law.
Showcase demos are simulations
The showcase demos, sample businesses, people, prices and figures on our marketing pages are made up for illustration. Checkout, payments, messages and integrations inside the demos are simulated: no order is placed, no payment is taken and nothing is sent.
AI features
AI recommendations, mockups, content suggestions and assistants are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review anything before you publish or rely on it; they aren't professional advice or a quote. If you connect your own AI assistant to your business, you control which access it has and can revoke it at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, for example by attacking it, overloading it or trying to access data that isn't yours.
- Don't use it to sell illegal goods or services, to send spam, or to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
- Don't copy or resell the site, its demos or its designs.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk, and we'll tell you why where we can.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service running and secure, with regular backups, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Help is available through our support page; we reply within one business day.
Trademarks
SprytStack™ and the SprytStack logo are trademarks of SprytStack. The site's text, designs, demos and code belong to SprytStack or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission, except to share links.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SprytStack isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites, such as Google or Stripe. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. For significant changes to paid plans we'll tell account owners by email at least 30 days ahead. Questions: support@sprytstack.com.
